Dimity & Aidan are probably the warmest and kindest people I have ever met. As soon as I met them I knew two things. The first that they were completely made for one another and the second that I had to photograph they're wedding.
I love church weddings. This one was no exception and the ceremony for Dimity and Aidan was probably the most important part of the day for them. All Souls Church set against the BBC building and just off of Oxford Street is spectacular. Filled with this couples family and friends and lots of beautiful music made it a very special event to photograph. The whole service reflected who they are as a couple and celebrated their commitment to one another perfectly.
After the service we headed to a little garden just round the corner from St Pauls. Placed in an old church ruin it gave Dimity and Aidan a lovely backdrop to reflect and for me to get some couple photos.
Next up we headed to The Wren for afternoon tea with they're wedding guests. This is my third visit to this wonderful venue as a wedding photographer. It's a gorgeous space perfectly located for a city wedding and I would highly recommend popping down there for a coffee just to enjoy this incredible piece of architecture. The next couple of hours was filled with yummy sandwiches and cake and a perfect atmosphere despite the crazy heat we had on the 4th July. Beautiful speeches were given by Dimity's dad, Aidan and his bestman again perfectly reflecting who this couple are and what they mean to one another.
I finished my day with some group photos outside in The Wren's courtyard and I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to be Dimity & Aidan's wedding photographer. Thank you guys for choosing me.
